Your profile is rounded off by a degree in (business) computer science or IT security or comparable training with extensive professional experience and additional qualifications in IT security and IT management. YOUR WORK AT TEAMSTADTHERRENBERG You will manage our entire IT department including IT administration, IT infrastructure, support team and daycare IT and, together with your team of 9 (including deputies), ensure secure, stable and future-proof IT operations - a task with many facets and scope for creativity. As a consultant for the offices and departments, you support them in their digital projects. You will plan and implement the expansion of the network and server infrastructure, modernize communication systems and strategically develop our IT infrastructure. Your focus will be on the implementation and continuation of the municipal digital strategy, e.g. the existing cloud-first strategy. You will take responsibility for the quality assurance of our IT service desk and actively shape our cyber and data security strategy. The backup and UPS strategy is already an integral part of the emergency plan - recurring exercises and checks will be part of your future responsibilities. You can expect state-of-the-art equipment and IT infrastructure, the integration of AI in your day-to-day work and MS365. We also offer you a high degree of flexibility with home office, mobile working and flexible working hours - so we expect you to be flexible too.
