PhD Student - Division of Infectious Diseases

The Mycobacterial Infection Research Unit (MIRU) within the Division of Infectious Diseases at University Hospital Frankfurt is searching for a motivated PhD student. We are seeking a dedicated PhD candidate with a biomedical background to join the STRIDE-TB project. This project focuses on a systematic review and meta-analysis of sex- and gender-specific differences in the epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment of tuberculosis (TB) and is funded by the BMBF (German Federal Ministry of Education and Research - Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung). Collaborate with interdisciplinary and international research teams
Contribute to data synthesis, interpretation, and presentation at scientific conferences
Co-supervisorship of medical students

You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
