Coordinator (m/f/d) Information Security and Data Protection, focus: IT-Security Deutscher Sparkassen Verlag GmbH is the holding company of the DSV Group, the specialized service provider for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. We shape the Group strategy and structure, are the mouthpiece and sales organization of the DSV Group and, with shared services in the areas of finance, procurement and human resources, are also its internal service provider. We have been operating information security and data protection management (ISDS for short) as an integrated management system at the DSV Group holding company since 2015. Our internal consulting and auditing as well as risk assessments are carried out from a single source. We use professional and modern GRC software to manage our tasks. We operate in the holding company and all subsidiaries of the DSV Group in the 2nd line in accordance with the IIA's three-line model. Diversity of topics and overarching thinking are on the agenda. There is more to the DSV Group than meets the eye: we combine the areas of payment, media services and software development under one roof. We are assigned to the "Regulatory and Risk Management" division and report directly to the CEO of the DSV Group. We advise and audit all hierarchy levels up to top management, who support us in word and deed. We take you by the hand. Our ISDS team consists of experienced and communicative employees of various ages, some of whom have more than 10 years of relevant expertise. We master the strict regulatory requirements in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and take your expertise to a new level. What can you expect in your job? You will be part of our central ISDS team and support the DSV Group as a team player in providing secure solutions for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and public clients. You will assume overall responsibility for internal consulting and auditing of topics related to operational information security (IT security), IT management and IT operations. You are at the forefront and support the IT departments in current projects on the topics of vulnerability management, SIEM and Security Operation Center. You are the link to the operational IT security management of our central IT service provider of the DSV Group. You support the assessment and reporting of technical key performance indicators (KPIs), which are presented to top management. You can get involved in all ISDS topics outside of your core tasks and play an active role in improving the integrated management system. What do you need to bring with you? You have in-depth IT knowledge from your studies with a focus on computer science/business informatics or a comparable, successfully completed vocational training or further qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the field of information security (e.g. in accordance with ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection) Alternatively, you have several years of professional experience in operational IT management and IT operations. You have gained initial knowledge in the area of data protection (e.g. in accordance with GDPR) You have a basic understanding of working in the three-line model of the IIA (here: 2nd line) You have very good communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all hierarchical levels. You enjoy analytical thinking and apply high quality standards to your work results. Ideally, you have obtained an ISDS-related certification (e.g. CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor).
