Ihre Aufgaben: Betreuung des monatlichen internen Berichtswesens Mitarbeit beim Quartals- und Jahres­abschluss sowie bei der Wirtschafts­planung Konzipieren und Entwickeln verschiedener Reporting-Tools, Ad-hoc-Auswertungen sowie Statistiken und Abweichungs­analysen Reporting an Vorstand und Budget­verantwortliche im Klinikum Mitwirkung an den Deckungs­beitrags­berichten und Durchführung von Quartals­gesprächen mit den Fachbereichen Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Budget­verhandlungen Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und betriebs­wirtschaftliche Analysen Spezifische Auswertungen für Diagnose- / Therapie-Profile, zukünftige DRG-Leistungs­gruppen sowie Einweisungs- / Einzugsgebiete Umsetzung / Weiterentwicklung der jährlichen Kostenträger­rechnung (DRG-Kalkulation / InEK-Datensatz) Fachspezifische Systembetreuung in SAP CO für die Kostenarten- und Kosten­stellen­rechnung (BAB) inklusive der internen Leistungs­verrechnung Ihr Profil: Berufserfahrung im Controlling im Gesundheitswesen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium – idealerweise im Bereich Accounting, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling – bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und dem Rechnungswesen sowie Erfahrung im Data Warehouse (eisTIK) wünschenswert Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Mut und Lust, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel Hohe Eigeninitiative und Team­orientierung Wir bieten: Betriebliches Gesundheits­management (z.
