Postdoctoral Researcher in Indoor Perovskite Photovoltaics Position (m/f/div)

starting at 1st of February 2027 in full-time (part-time is possible). The position is limited for 2 years. The period of employment is governed by the Fixed Term Research Contracts Act (Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz-WissZeitVG).

Main tasks:

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to advance the development of perovskite-based indoor solar cells for energy harvesting under indoor lighting conditions. The successful candidate will have expertise in the fabrication and characterisation of photovoltaic devices, with a particular focus on performance evaluation under indoor illumination. Strong technical skills in designing, building, and optimising dedicated indoor photovoltaic characterisation setups are highly desirable. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research at the intersection of perovskite photovoltaics, device engineering, and indoor energy harvesting.

Your profile:

As a successful postdoctoral researcher (m/f/d), you should hold a Ph.D. in chemistry. You have research experience in the field of Indoor Perovskite Photovoltaics photonics. High motivation, excellent English or German language skills, and the ability to work in a team round out your profile.

The employment relationship, including the salary is according to the German tariff TV-L and is task-related up to pay group 13 TV-L.
