For our Portfolio Management, Services & Projects division, we are seeking two Project Managers (m/f/d). In this role, you will independently lead IT, digitalization, and organizational projects of strategic importance and support decentralized projects with your project management expertise. In doing so, you will ensure structured, cost-effective, and quality-assured project execution.

Responsibilities

• You will successfully bring digital transformation, IT, and organizational projects from concept to operation
• You will analyze requirements and develop tailor-made solutions in collaboration with our clients
• You manage projects holistically and keep a close eye on deadlines, budget, quality, and risks
• You coordinate project teams and service providers and ensure successful collaboration among all stakeholders
• You will oversee procurement and contracting processes and assist with the technical evaluation of solutions
• You will advise project managers, further develop project management standards, and share your knowledge in workshops and training sessions

Qualifications

• You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• You have experience managing IT projects and are eager to take on responsibility
• You are familiar with project management methods—ideally, you hold a relevant certification
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations
• You communicate confidently with clients, service providers, and project teams
• Knowledge of the municipal IT environment and public procurement is a plus
