Oberarzt Kardiologie (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit is responsible for providing specialized cardiology care to inpatients and outpatients, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up. Day-to-day duties include supervising and supporting junior medical staff, performing and interpreting cardiological examinations, participating in ward rounds, and collaborating with other departments to ensure integrated patient care. The role also involves contributing to case discussions, quality assurance measures, and clinical documentation in accordance with hospital guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Attendorn, with part-time arrangements possible depending on organizational needs. Qualifications Completed medical degree and valid license to practice medicine, with board certification or equivalent qualification in cardiology. Clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiology, including common diagnostic procedures (e.g., echocardiography, ECG interpretation) and evidence-based treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Experience in supervising and mentoring junior physicians and medical staff, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a structured, guideline-oriented environment, including precise clinical documentation and participation in quality management processes. Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; willingness to participate in interdisciplinary case conferences. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
